Each rule targets a specific app. Set action (Hide or Quit), inactivity threshold (minutes), and optionally a time-of-day window when the rule is active.

Hide removes the app from screen and Dock without closing it — fast to reopen. Quit fully closes the app — saves memory but takes longer to relaunch.

Quitter won’t hide/quit an app if it has an active document with unsaved changes, preventing accidental data loss.
